I have done my summer internship IN a BPO wherein i have learnt about recruitment &selection process and induction.But in my 2 months internship I have done attrition analysis,analysis on sources of recruitment and cost involved,Training effectiveness in the organization in the past 1 year.
But i am not able to understood how should i go about presenting it and under what topic should i give to the project
Kindly help me as to how should i start the project
