Dear Narender,
Greetings for the day,
First of all it should be noted that after joining, the joining formalities should be completed. The employee should be covered under esic within 10 days after joining (if the employee salary is upto Rs. 15,000/-). If the employee is already covered under ESIC previously then he will continue with the same number.Secondly if emoloyee is appointed first time and his coverage under esic is also first time and he met with accident on very next day.The formalities of ESIC will be carried out as it is, the only thing for a new joinee that medical treatment should be provided to the him but monetary compensation shouldn't be provided to him. But an employee who is previously covered under esic his same enrollment is continued he will be benefited with both monetary & medically, last but not least the contributio paid for no. of days should also be consider for benefit.
Thanks & Regards,
