  • Dear Seniors,

We are covered under the Punjab Shops and Establishments Act in Gurgaon, and our license is going to expire on 31.03.2019. I called the Labour Department in Panchkula, and they mentioned that it automatically renews. Currently, there is no need for an application for the renewal of the license.

    Please clarify.

    Regards,
    Ravi Sharma

Under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, the renewal process for licenses typically requires an application for renewal. It is advisable to confirm the specific renewal process with the local Labour Department to ensure compliance.
