Hello all
I'm an MBA graduate specialised in Marketing from hyderabad.
I'm working as a Sr. Process Executive in a highly reputed MNC and I've 3 years of work experience from the call center industry. Working in a BPO and doing rotational night shifts is something that I've never enjoyed but I had no options. And presently, I don’t see any opportunities for growth and development and I'm not very happy with the package that I'm withdrawing currently.
I've been thinking to start learning SAP HR functional since a year but I could never build up the courage to get into it. There are a couple of reasons as to why I've been reluctant to start the course… firstly, I've been out of studies since more than 3 years and I don’t have any domain experience.
Secondly, I'm not sure if I can crack a job after completing the course because from my knowledge and research most companies are looking for candidates with at least 2 full life cycle implementations…
Now I'm in a situation where things have saturated and I want to start this SAP course so that I could change my field, expect a satisfying job which guarantees growth and development & a better pay package. (pay package is of least importance to me at this point and time)
I would really appreciate if someone could let me know what sort of opportunities I can find as a fresher in SAP HR and will I able to learn while I'm working as I've heard it requires a lot of effort and practise…
Thank you
