HI
Both idea's are good either if you do you will get a good job, but if you want to do SAP course in a reputed institute , 16yrs of education is compulsary........Incase you do join, NIIT, Seimens & Lithan genovate, these areall authorised SAP Couse institutes

HI Narmada
It is really good if you do some course. As you are interested in PGDHRM from symbioses through distance initially it will be hard to get break for the career. As you already working you will get some change. You never look for the pay difference initially. My advice is do the course. If interested to continue there as Admin/HR Exec if provides opportunity it is better. Else look for change in relevant job and get some exposure. Then look for better salary. Once you get rite breakthrough then salary will not be a constraint. But important thing is getting breakthrough in relevant job :)
SAP will be helpful if you are Professional Graduate. It is not advisable for Bsc graduates. You can do it later after completing PGDHRM and after getting atleast 2 years of experience
