Please check the Payment of Gratuity Rules Book. Make the format of Nomination Form and take sufficient prints. Get it filled by the employees available in your company and keep alongwith the Personal Records of the employees.

For gratuity nomination get the form as per the statutory of AP. Nomination is applicable for the employee who has successfully completed 1 year of service. After 1 year you should fill and keep it for records.

HI Nope I have no rules for that. Gratuity is part of Shops & Commercial establishments act. No organisation shall skip the Gratuity. It is mandate as per the statutory

Please get the Payment of Act/Rules Book and prepare the Form F and get it filled by the employees. The Form F is readily available in Stationery Shop itself from where you can get the other labour law related forms and stationery items.
