I need your help on clarifying my doubts.
I have worked with an organisation, where Grauity was part of MY CTC.
Means my Negotiated CTC had a component Grauity in it.
Normally Grauity act says, one can get it only if one has worked for 5 years in an organisation.
But in my case , Grauity was part of CTC.
Shuld I get it from my company or not.
Pls. let me know details.
