Dear Akhilesh,
It entirely depends on your area of interest and wht you enjoy doing. If you feel that the you want to explore other aspects of HR besides the technical SAP - HR and the position is offering you that you can go for it.
Thanks,
Vandana

I guess the biggest difference is in the pay structure.......... Usually in the long run SAP HRs would make much more money than an HR generalist just because of the additional technical skills....
And the work is also completely different. As a generalist you can grow towards the business side and SAP would take to as a technical consultant.

Hi Akhilesh,
I am a Senior SAP-HR functional consultant with over 8 years of experience...I would highly recommend to you to go for HR position in MNC since in long term there are more chances for career growth -W.r.t to SAP-HR the only scope is to be Team Lead or Proj Lead whereas in General HR you can grow up to Director or Executive level. Even I am trying to come into General HR field .
You have to make decision .
