Now, Its been 2 months, since I left the company, and they are not ready to pay my 'FnF' and 'Experienc letter.'
I wrote them email, however, they are not responding. Saying that client (Which I worked)has to approve your timesheets then we will release your documents.
I have all the Emails as a proof of my Resignation noitice. So it become torture to me. My manager (also a key person in company) accepted to provide the documents but HR is not ready to provide my experience letter.
After joined in a new company, I fought for relieving letter and got it. Now HR is blaming to me that he will give a bad feedback once the verification comes.
Please suggest me on this, management is not involving any of these issues. It is a small firm, it’s my bad luck that I joined in that company by leaving a big organization. Now I came out and joined in a good company. Still I haven't received payment and experience letter.

Depending on the exact nature of F&F settlement, claims can be filed before the appropriate authority, if the company does not pay it after your notice (assuming that you have already given notice).

I am already given notice period, there after still I am sending mails regarding the documents. But HR is not giving any response. I am not the only one there are more people are struggling because of HR and his own policies. Some people did not received F&F clearances after 6 months also..
