Hello, I am working as a sr. software engineer for a MNC company based in Bangalore I had put my paper on 1st April and as per the system my LWD is 29th Jun 2022. But I requested my manager for early release that is 29th April 2022 but she did not accept it and I tried with HR and senior manager as well but they are not ready to leave me also not accepting buyout of my pending notice days as well. It's quite strange and I mailed them I am leaving with a buyout option and requested them to initiate my clearance based on the same.
But they did not respond to the email and it is 3rd day I am waiting for a reaction from the company. Because I sent the email on 2nd May 2022. After the day I did not continue my work just informed the client and was away from my work.
Now I don't know how to get my relieving letter and my experience letter from them because they are not responding in the mail but calling me saying that we will not allow you to get exit like that.. Making unnecessary arguments.. keep on convincing me to serve the notice of 3 months completely.
But my offer has the point "an employee should compensate by base pay for unserved notice periods".
Please suggest some ideas and give me proper contact to move with this problem!
