Hello All, I received offer letter from Cognizant on 30-Dec-2018 and my joining date is 4-March-2019. I previously (2014) worked in a company which used to provide salary in cash so I don't have bank statement but I do have joining letter , experience letter and payslip. Company is also running and active so they can easily verify my details there. But my recruiter HR told me that they will not proceed with my candidature as i don't have form16 according to him my application is rejected also I have not received any official mail from Cognizant of BGV status.
I am currently working and my major or total experience is from my current employer, I do have all the documents of my current employer.
As I am on my notice period , please advise what should I do.
