1. Providing a safe working environment at workplace (which would include having a policy at workplace that addresses the incidence of sexual harassment of women, and provides the remedy or redress, and treating sexual harassment as a serious misconduct on the part of the perpetrator)
2. Constituting Internal Complaints Committee ("ICC") (where the constitution of such Committee should be in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act ("POSH"))
3. Publishing the details of ICC, policy, penalties, etc. conspicuously at workplace
4. Creating awareness about POSH (Periodic workshops/seminars)
5. Providing infrastructure and facilities to ICC alongwith information/training as may be required
6. Providing support to the Complainant (especially maintaining confidentiality)
7. Annual Report by ICC
