I am planning to organize two sessions for all the employees in the office:
1) Session for office assistants to train them on maintaining the office and reinforce the importance of their daily tasks - 5 participants.
2) Session for all the employees on Office Etiquette and Cleanliness - around 50 participants.
Please help me with how I should go about the training material, PowerPoint presentation, and handouts if you have any. I need to conduct this training on or before 5th March.

You may organize employee sensitization workshops for up to two hours duration to achieve the following:
Gender Sensitivity aimed at educating employee-participants about the dos and don'ts as per the provisions of the new law, namely Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013, applicable to every workplace in India since 9.12.2013. Any act or behavior at the workplace that is unwelcome or humiliating to a woman is to be treated as an act of misconduct, an offense, and a violation of the fundamental rights of women.
Workplace Sanitization to make the workplace safe and secure by removing any possibility of sexual harassment where no woman shall be subjected to sexual harassment and where every employee contributes nothing less than his or her 100% contribution.
The said programs/workshops have to be reported in the Internal Committee's Annual Report for every calendar year under Section-21 of the said Act of 2013.
