In case of any non-compliance, you will come to know about the company through the reviews of employees. Though reviews may not be exactly right, if one particular aspect is repeatedly criticized, then you can understand the issue behind it.

Visit the website of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. If the company is registered, you will get the following information about the company. (In each state, ROC (Registrar of Companies) is present, and you can also check their site regarding the company's status):

- Registration Date
- Company Status
If you receive information as described above, that particular company is registered by the Government of India.
