Sir, In India, Association of IT companies, NASSCOM is maintaining the employees data base as well as companies do background verification before providing the employment. But there is no such information available about the companies with respect to labor law compliance.
Especially in IT industry, the problem of non compliance of labor laws as well as fake companies is a concerned one. There are lot of small companies in IT sector.
Is there any way to address this problem?

Hi,
If you are asking this question as an employee, I would suggest you to look for the reviews of the Company through online. Google it. Sites like Glassdoor are offering review about the Companies. In case of any non compliance you will come to know about the company through reviews of employees.
Though reviews may not be exactly right, if one particular aspect is repeatedly criticized then you can understand the issue behind it.

Thanks for your suggestion. Apart from these forums, Is there any other way(labor dept or any other concerned depts if available) to know the companies details with respect to non compliance of labor laws.

Visit the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. If the company is registered you will get the following information of the company. ( in each state ROC (Registrar of company) is there you can check their also regarding the company status)
LLPIN /CIN /1A Ref No
Company or LLP Name
State
Registration Date
Company Status
If you get the information like above that particular company is registered by Govt. of India.
