National Productivity Council offers two-year part time P. G Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations ( PGDPMIR ). Please check with the Mumbai Chapter of the NPC.
Alternatively, you can go in for any similar course of study offered by private/Govt Universities through distant mode.

National Institute of personnel management (NIPM) HR oldest professional body conduct two years PG Diploma in PMIR. You can log on to NIPM cite for details. This course is recognised by HDD Ministry of GOI and it is running by professional body of All India repute. Even in Mumbai their chapter exist. Check.
2. Annamalai Open university (TN) holds Distance education Dip program on Labour and Administrative Laws. This is also good. You check with their web.
