Hi all, i feel challenged because my probationary period has ended and i decided to first do a self appraisal that i sent to my supervisor so that he can schedule for meeting.

However, he has called me and raised a number of issues that i really feel are unnecessary and unfair. for instance;

One of the activities is to provide support in documentation and filing key HR documents, Timeline is Daily, Pointer of success is Filing and document tracking system in place however due to budget constraints, we are using the manual filing method. I have filled all documents and also the file cabins are cleared marked thus enhancing proper documentation and when i was asked what have achieved on that activity, i said "I have filed all documents and also the file cabins are clearly marked thus enhancing proper documentation" but he wants me to attach a filing system that i don't even have, what should i do?

The second activity is "Support in coordinating HR activities / events like recruitment, orientations and training, Timeline is As and when and Pointers of success are "Calendar of HR activities and events, Long and short lists of applicants and interview reports" and my achievement was i made "Interview reports, Updated the recruitment tracker regularly, and I Long and shortlisted 15 positions in period of 3 months" and of which i have always shared all that with him but he still wants me to attach the documents.

Please kindly advise.
