JSNEGI,
In any type of Holiday either weekly off or paid holidays, prefix or suffix is must for enjoying weekly off or paid holiday leave. If an employee remain absent on befor and after the weekly off / paid holiday, he has to fill the leave for weekly off or paid holidays.
One cannot take CL and SL together.

Sir,
If we call an employee on holiday for working due to exigency of work, is it mandatory to intimate him minimum 24 hrs in advance.
Also please send me draft of holiday circular being displayed in notice board and also let me know to whom it is must we have to send the copy of this circular.

Hi,
SL and CL cannot be clubbed together.
In case an employee on leave from Friday to Tuesday, it depends on the leave policy company has. Whether is 5 days working or 6 days. then check whether interviening weekly off are counted or not.
Pls let me know for any further query.
