I am an IT employee.
I got registered to NASSCOM as it is mandatory in company A mentioning fake experince details. I mentioned 4 years as fake experience in NASSCOM.
I worked for company A for 20 months and left the company on good records(revealing and experience letter).
After leaving company A I changed the NASSCOM details(fake company experience from 3.2 to 18 Months) and also added the Post Graduation details.
I again took 18 months fake experiene from the same consultancy.
I got joined in Company B with 18 Months fake experience from the same consultancy(again I have taken new documents with the new dates) and with 20 months real time experience. As NASSCOM is not mandatory for Company B verification was not done and NASSCOM is still in not verified mode(all the details). I am in this company from 2 Years.
Now I got selected in a reputed company C by mentioning only the real time experience of around 4 years. This resume contains all the correct information(nothing fake).
HR discussion is yet to happen, I want to get rid off this fake concept from my career I mentioned only COMPANY A and COMPANY B details in the resume(Aound 4 years of real time experience).
As I know they are going for a background verification through NASCOM or from third party company before releasing the offer and I am sure they will come to know about the fake experience that I mentioned/changed in NASSCOM(about fake experience and newly added PG details.
But I don't want to put fake experice from now. Because it would be very difficult to manage and also I feel very bad about this.
Note: Consultancy is still existing(the one which I took fake for the first job and second job)
If suppose I got caught in background verification about my fake experince how HR will react. I know I am good on my technical skills. Will technical skills matters if caught with fake experience.
Please guide me what should I answer to get the offer from COMPANY C.
I want to completly get rid of fake experince. Please suggest how can I manage.
