Hi,
Induction is basically welcoming a person & introducing him with the team as well as to the organisation.
First day when a person joins HR induction is done, it includes Welcoming the candidate, form filling, Company history to be told with a small presentation on the organisation, Property show round & introduction with all the Head of the department, distribution of Joining Kit, & induction Schedule to be given
From the next day onwards candidate to be send for the de[artmental induction , candidate will spend one complete day in every dept.

in the check list the most important thing should be content of the Induction program, let the content be on the following template
History of the company
its position with regard to the competitors
its achievements and promises
the companies position in the industry
the persons position in the company
the expectation of the company on the individual
his expected behaviour
soft skills
