Dear All,
I am working as a TL Admin from last 4 yrs.now I want to do MBA but I am little confused that should I do MBA in HR or Administration.
I have practical knowledge of EPF,ESIC,Leave Policy,Salery etc.
According to one of my friend I should do MBA HR that would help me to find the job of Personal/Admin .
but other says that I should do MBA Operation/Admin.
I am confused because I don't know the diff. bet. MBA,MBA.HR and MBA/Admin.
Pls. suggest and guide me the RIGHT PATH, because my career depends on your advice.
