Employee Engagement is a concept that provides high amount of engagement to the Talents day in day out and throughout the span of life time in an organization.
Engage is to provide the Talents a pleasant feeling and experience in the work life. Many organizations confuse Employee Engagement with the various Events they do on their organization like Birthday function, Day with Manager, Evening dinner, week end parties etc. These are all not at all employee engagement.
What really employee engagement is from the day the organization touch base with the employee when he was a candidate to till the date he leaves the organization either by resignation or retirement. These intervention may be but not limited to:
