You can find many tips for employee engagement activities if you search online. One retention method is to offer retention bonuses, recognition and rewards, team games, etc.

Attracting talent depends on your work profile, compensation, and additional facilities you provide. Nowadays, employees not only consider the salary they will receive but also look at other benefits the company offers. These benefits may not necessarily be monetary.

There is a direct or indirect cost involved in all aspects that you consider. You will need to plan the strategy, determine the implementation costs, evaluate the cost versus benefit ratio, and then make a decision.
