I have no full & final settlement, Salary slip & experience letter. My last company was too small and HR didn't provide any documents. But I have proper joining letter, bank statement & PF statement. Is it sufficient to prove my employment status? Is it create any issue during background verification time?

A company which is too small that it cannot issue a relieving letter or service certificate will not respond to the background verification queries also. If you think that the employer you are going to join is okay why do you worry. Speak to the employer and he will never go for background verification.
