I would like to knw what things should go into the formulation of the HR Manual. Am not referring to the Employee Manual here
The HR Manual will cover information that should be relevant only to the HR Department and the management
Could somebody give a few points that should go into this ??

i think HR manual contains inf abt all d contents related to an HR's job..
means inf abt how to keep records of things like al imp documents of d company... to properly maintain all registers like... salary reg, epf reg.., esi reg, empl training reg... n others as well n also their deadline dates...
HR manual also cotains d policies n procedure to b followed n already being followed inside d org to know exactly how d HR policies of company or d org r in process nwats d real n true way to apply dam in d org...for makin assure dat al work is goin rite.. n to d expectations...
we cn say dat ita al abt containing inf rite fr d " emp's attendance reg to d imp minutes of meetings held in d org" ....

Tanx for the inputs. But i do think that there are lot of other topics that are covered in this heading called "HR Manual" They cover everything from "Front office executive" to "House keeping" :) ATleast the samples which i have seen say so.
Tanx anyway,.there were couple of headings which are new here.
