dear Team,
My Notice period was of - 2 month in an IT MNC.
I repeatedly & continually requested (25 days) my Management to relieve me as I also have 35days of EL pending.
Nobody in the management listned to my request so i finally quit serving 30 days of Notice. After a month i received a Termination letter from my employee.
Please help me out how to respond & also please guide me - will it affect my new jobs in career?
The current option is a consultant job where the project has tight start & end date schedule. ur help will definitly guide me in future

There is a conflict with two statements as highlighted above, please clear and share more details.

-You said you received Termination Letter from your employer, what actually it says. (This is important bcz you also may have to get your dues and this can be a problem in your case.)

-For how many months you have worked with them and another thing is that you have left your job without service notice/complete notice period as per the term & condition of your employment letter, if im not wrong, which is also not a good thing...(This can be a problem for you bcz you might have to get your experience letter which they are not gonna provide you)

-What was the reason behind leaving the job?

Thanks anil,
I have an excellent track record with "Exceed expectations " across 4+ years. I have already cleared my No dues & recvd the F& F statemet from my previous company with the Termination leter. The only thing which is troubling me is the - ' Termination word ' used in the experience letter my employer has sent me via post.
The reason of not serving the notice period is due to a consultant project in Singapore which is of tight schedule. I was giving a choice to take it or leave it. I tried to make this understand with my current manager but he was with his EGO for not relieving me inspite i was having 35 days of ELs.
so at the end, I have the Full& Final settlement letter, Experience certificate with "Termnination" word.
Please help and guide me will this affect my new job oppurtunity when i'll come back to India.
