Basically the store/ warehouse should take a registration under Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act. In addition to the RC under the said Act, there should be available the documents in support of employment of employees in the establishment, like Muster rolls, record of payment of salary, leave register, contribution towards ESI and PF depending upon the coverage etc.
