Assistant Manager – HR & Administration for Coimbatore office
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for the following-
General Administration
• Responsible for housekeeping and Security services of office.
• Recording the attendance of all employees and sending the consolidated report on monthly basis.
• Liaison with the medical Insurance Companies.
• Managing day to day petty expenses of the office.
• Making travel arrangements for employees traveling (domestic & international).
• Liaison with STPI, Excise and Customs, Labour Office, PF Office, service Tax and Electrical board.
• Vendor Management.
• AMC management.
• Purchases for office as per budgets sanctioned.
• Plan, Manage and execute events in coordination with Operations Head and Employees..
• Employee interaction, attending day to day needs.
• Ensuring that office facilities like DG, Water, AC, UPS runs smoothly. Knowledge of DG and other equipment knowledge will be an added advantage
• F & B Requirements of the office- Finalizing the vendor and ensuring the smooth supplies with good quality
• Transport Management
Desired Profile
• BBA/MBA HR or PG Diploma in Personnel Management/HRM with about 4-6 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT industry.
• Hands-on knowledge in HR and Administration activities
• Self motivated and have strong initiative to make things move and happen.
• Proficient in MS Office operations like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Team player with strong ethical belief and gate keeper of confidential information.
• Should be able to speak, read and Write Tamil
• Highly self- motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong People Orientation
• Very Good Communication skills
