i hv done it for one industry: ITES.
therein as per COPC, we need to map transaction patterns for the last 1-2 years, cycle time, projection for the next quarter etc
therein even shifts hv to match transaction arrival patterns, though in a inflexible labour regime, there are bound to be some ineeficiencies.
havent got templates etc but yes if you wish to get inputs, feel free to write
