Hi HR Group, I will move very soon from recruitment to training.
In my new position, my responsibility will be to collect and analyze training needs to recommend appropriate training.
Does anyone have any suggestions/links to information to give me insight on this process?

Dear Mediouni,
First of all i would like to Congratulate you on your new project and will you all the success in your new assignment...
Training Needs can be identified from 2 processes:
Competency Mapping
Performance Appraisal
If your organization follows a Competency Mapping process, then the gaps identified in the competencies (knowledge, skills & attributes).
Through performance appraisal, the HOD / Line Manager identifies the trainings required for his / her team.
Once the training needs are compiled, then a training calendar is formulated and trainings are imparted / conducted...
After the trainings are imparted, the effectiveness of the training is measured, through the increase in skill of the employee and the way the training has been imparted...

If you are having problems with your project, please talk to your Professor/Tutor and seek further guidance as to what you need to do and how to go about the task.
Asking other people to provide answers is not going to help you in the long run.
If you want help from other members, tell us what work you have done already, and if you have specific questions relating to your research, then ask those questions.

Dear Trishala,
Where are you studying, and in what mode?
Please do not request finished projects/dissertations or questionnaires on this forum.
Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question. Please look at https://www.citehr.com/324807-project-report.html to see how people who make an attempt are helped.
Also see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html and Author Workshops at <link outdated-removed> <link updated to site home> and my post at <link no longer exists - removed>
I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search= Also see <link outdated-removed> <link updated to site home> where an MBA project is attached as an example.
A Post by Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology. Please also see the post by naveeis4u at https://www.citehr.com/179861-employ...ion-level.html to see the type of background information that will be of help in designing questionnaires.
Please access https://www.citehr.com/301192-my-mba-project.html and follow what Mary Christy did. Also view and digest the message that ahujamamamia posted at citehr https://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html Try to become the marble statue rather than the tile.

Hello everyone
am a final year student and my dissertation title is Assessing the training needs of employees in an organisation. i have already done with my literature review and now i have to formulate a questionnaire based on the title. I want to formulate a questionnaire for all the employees excluding all the managers of the org.
Can you advised me if am doing the right thing and if you can give me some examples of a TNA questionnaire? I have already plan some questions that i would ask but i stuck as i need maximum 25 questions.
Thank you all in advance
