Hi All,
I am a freasher as Hr manager.. Please guide me what reports should I make... My KRA are not defined .... My manager is not supporting me at all.. No team no support... all collegues wants me to leave this job.. Wht Should I do... I am too much tensed

Don't worry as a fresher you are start with your career as manager. You have to define your KRA as along with the company goals.
Answer the following for the better suggestions.
01.What is your company into.
02. Who are all reporting to you and you will reporting to whom?
03.Is there is earlier HR in the company?

Hi,

I am very clear what should I do... I know al my KRA and defined all collegues 's KRA's But U know No body is here to support me.. I am alone who is doing all this things...But u will be suprised to know that my maanager is even not interested to help me out to perform my activities. They are not interested to bring any change in company. Always they used to criticise me .. you know all the time they are ready to pull my legs ... I am not able to discuss with my director.... My Company details are given below:

No body is reporting to me because my colleges have not accepted me till date....

yes there are 2 persons for admin work who are managing attendance PF, ESI, and salary used to be made by accounts dep... $ months back i joined here but still they are not raedyy to disclouse it.... I am really tensed ,... You be surpised to know, I made some changes here, i specially worked for safety, TS and customer Audits, for welfare and fun activities, and able to make positive changes in the company... All 400 workers loved me a lot and everybody knows that they are trubbling me alot.. even for small reasons... I am really confued only one person MY director is supporting me.. not even my colleges my jouniors and managers

I dont want to leave but my accounts dep's head toold me directly that every body wants me to leave this job.....All other Supplier like communic, Eicher appeciate my works and specially told to my director.. The feel jealous...last time head of accounts dep tried for physical harasment but I gave him a slape...........But after that till date i am not able to do anything.......rea;ted to my work....I am fresher as HR maanger but have relevant experiance in MNC Intel technologies in bangalore..... I have around 3. 6 months experiance. But in manufacturing industry i am very new... So need guideance how can i establish proper HR M here....

Hi,
In the organization physical harassment with an employee is totally offence. Why don't you have a word with your director in a polite way inform him about things happening. don't afraid of anything...Feel yourself comfortable to handle this issue.

he knows very well.....I already told him.. He just told me I am with u, I am supporting u so dont boarther about them... But how can i handle this without any team.....I used to make sure that twice in aweek there should be fun activities, and i was doing that but till date i am the one who is managing it. if i m not in office nobody will managed it... I started publishing newsletter but nobody tells me update i only used to find it,used to take pics and used to published it...even they are not in favour of issueing offer letter,salary slips, experiance letter at all... I did training need analysis and made skill matrix,training plan and decide the calender but they dont want any trainings ..Once only i organised a training session for staff... but after that my manager dint allow me for that......Firstly i am freasher for this post for using only my mind. Secondly nobody is here to guide me how i can be good manager, 3rdly nobody is accepting me and my work, 4th I am alone to all activities, and main thing my boss didnt accept me and most of the time using abusive langauage.......I am an extroword person.... I am not felling free to do anything.... I am not happy with my current situations and 1st time in my life taking it as burden on me...and not enjoying my life....and work.. U will be laughing at me but i am like cring... Seriouslly not able to make it fine.. I tried my best here now seriousslly need guidance aout work and how i can feel relaxed and staring enjoying my life

Hi Pooja,
I think you deserve a better job, go ahead a look for a change. I don't think your present company is appreciating your work and also looks like they are adverse to change, so let them carry on with their current process and work culture.

Dear pooja,
Dont worry. At least your director supporting you. It is a great thing. Some peoples are like that. No body like changes but things are always not negative. Definitely it will come under your control. Fight like a commando. Dont give small hits. Watch and wait for good chance once ball is in your court, then play as you like. May Gold bless you.
