Hi Buddy,
There is a recent notification from PF office that employee can claim PF directly without the signature of employer provided employees details like AADHAR number, bank account number have been seeded in their UAN and UAN should be activated and the same should be verified by the employer using digital signature.
if you fulfill the above condition than you can directly claim the PF without employer signature or else employer signature is needed.

If your employer is not signing your PF withdrawl forms .. in such case you may get signature of the bank manager of your bank with whom you are having account

recently PF department released UAN based 19 and 10C forms which does not require employer signature. the condition is the candidate must be activated his UAN and need to upload AADHAR card and bank account details in UAN portal. you can go through it.

Now no need to get your previous employer sign, You can fill up uan based withdrawal claim form then submit to the pf office.
