pls help me formatting a training needs analysis for the staffs,identify the most appropriate training,costing and eventually to come up with a training calendar.also explain the source of the data collection from where you gathered information about the existing staffs that enabled u to draft the proposal to the management.

Hi Bhagya, First identify the competencies (knowledge and/or skills) required to perform the roles. Based on the skills idenitified, you can create questionnaires/surveys for the supervisors evaluation and self evaluation.
You can then prioritise the competencies and identify appropriate interventions. All training needs analysis need not result in a set of trainings being conducted, you may also look at other interventions like coaching, mentoring and facilitating discussions.
