Can anyone please help me with information regarding Payroll software for HR dept esp in Telecom sector.
Ours is a Telecom Company with around 700+ employees. Most of the employees are on Field and we get their attendance through Timesheets. I have recently moved to Salary Processing and have found that inspite of having a Payroll Package, most of the tasks are done manually.
Thus request if anyone could help me with the information on the Payroll softwares which are used in Telecom sectors.

Why dont you outsource the payrolling process to a vendor .
I had been working for a company which was working with the top telecom companies as there vendor for pay roll outsourcing .
I have started my onw company with head office at bangalore and branch office at jaipur,delhi, and shortly opening in chennai ,pune ..
