Pranati,
For deducting PF no need of Bank account. When you resign the job and want to withdraw the PF ammount you need bank account. It is advised that dont withdraw the PF amount just transfer the PF amount to new company.

Dear Ravina and TVM
You have asked very lengthy details.
Salary depends upon the Package or the CTC (cost to company). It comprises of Basic Pay, DA, HRA, CCA, and other Allowances (like conveyance, uniform, tiffen etc.)
Deductions comprises of "Statutory Deductions" like EPF@12%/ESI@4.75@/PT@ prescribed/TDS@for individuals etc.) as well as "On Account" deductions (like advance/loan installments/LIC/Savings/fine/penalty etc).
The difference between the two is the "Carry Home Salary".
Bonus and Gratuity are annual and terminal benefits respectively.

Dear Paranti Devi,
You do not have to have a Bank Account for PF. PF is deducted from your salary and is deposited with RPFC who maintain your account. You need to have a Bank Account for the credit of your Salary to your account. You can also mention this Bank Account to RPFC Authorities at the time of withdrawing the deposits from your PF Account.

Dear Pranati,
