Our company is 3 years old, and we are in the process of drafting all the department SOPs. As an HR professional, I have been assigned the responsibility of creating HR SOPs. I have reviewed several posts on this website but have not found a comprehensive HR SOP that covers Recruitment, Salary processing and disbursement, Leave, Grievance and Complaints Procedure, Performance Appraisal, Increment and Promotion, Grooming Standards, IT Internet, Email, and Social Media Policy.
Currently, we have 10 employees working in our company. Can anyone please share a simple HR SOP in 5-8 pages? Thank you.

Regarding your specific requirement, please be clear that there is nothing like a "free size" that would suit everyone's needs. HR is an application (if not software) that encompasses what is needed, and what is available may not always meet those needs. It is your responsibility to extract what is available and gather what is not available, and your success in doing so will determine your performance.
To conclude this post, I have seen at least a dozen HR manuals that have covered almost all areas of HR discussed in this forum over the years. I believe that nothing entirely new will be found here that you are seeking, no matter how many pages you may require. Let's continue when you are ready. All the best.
