1. Provide end-to-end recruitment solutions to clients, including understanding job descriptions, sourcing candidates from job portals and social networking sites, headhunting from other corporations, conducting telephonic interviews, negotiating salaries, and placing candidates.
2. Coordinate and follow up with clients for feedback on candidate placements and generate new requirements.
3. Coordinate with multinational corporations for business development, new business opportunities, and business tie-ups.
