While opening it is warning about a missing link (PF calculation with salary sheet.xls) which is connected with "C:\Rekha Roy".
My concern is that would this missing link create any error in giving the final output (in any manner) when the user using this master data sheet?
Please check about that particular file and its influence in the output from your master data.

Well, it was really an interesting and informative sheet for employee data management and can be use a checklist.
However, there are so many advanced HR and Payroll software available that have various module that helps in managing all those with no hassle.

I understand your point, Thanks for comparing it with HRM Software & its subsequent modules. Also I think that this sheet is more likely to be used by the Companies who can't afford a high operating cost software and can easily modify as per their needs and requirements.
