A recruitment strategy should be based on a couple things within your HR. And this means that different recruitment strategies are to be made from different kind of HR. I suggest that you brainstorm with your HR team and see what your team can come out to be your organisation's recruitment strategy. Though there are some available online sample strategies which you can make use as a base guideline in drafting your recruitment strategy. Take your time to search around search engines.
