1. Where are you working, and how long have you been there?
2. How many years of experience do you have in hiring and sales? What is your current designation?
3. Have you shifted your career from sales to HR in your current company, or have you resigned from your job in the current company and are looking for a job in HR? Are you okay with any designation in HR (even if it's entry-level) if you can get a job in HR?

I have around 7 years of sales experience and around 1 year of hiring experience. I work in Noida and have been in this company for more than a year now. Previously, I was in inside sales but now I work in HR, specifically focusing on talent pool, learning, and development.
