My suggestion would be to focus on a dedicated career change. Instead of doing part-time HR and transitioning to HR profession is not encouraged. You need to pursue a full-time HR degree and then seek an entry-level job in HR.

My work experience includes training, education, research support, project coordination, event organization, planning, and some department HR matters related to doctors' promotions, performance appraisals, and 360 Assessment Exercises in the healthcare industry for the past 12 years. I have obtained a Graduate Diploma in HR with SHRI and an MBA. As the department has a very limited scope of HR work, I sincerely wish to expand my keen interest to become a full-time HR professional. Therefore, I enrolled myself with HCS to pursue my professional diploma in HRM and HRD to compensate for my lacking HR competencies and knowledge. To date, I have already completed one professional diploma in HRM.
I am interested in specializing in recruitment, selection, and talent management as an HR professional in the near future.
