my name is eddy, and im studying at a UK university based in Greece and im doing my final years dissertation. my subject concerns recruitment and selection in Vodafone Greece. my problem is that i am not quite sure about what my objectives are. i mean, yes i have read the literature concerning theories of recruitment and selection BUT...what should my other objectives be according to you?? just to have an idea.
should i check if recruitment/selection is effective? and if so, how could i measure effectiveness?
should i check which is the frequency of recruitment/selection methods used? and if so what could i determine by this? e.g. if the company uses external recruitment or internal.
should i create a questionnaire for employees asking how they were recruited ?
please enlighten me with an idea or two, i really am stuck!! thanx in advance!

Hai, Your idea of preparing questionnaire is very good, for that you need to collect mandatory requirements like basic qualification , related job previous experience,Family back ground that and all.
Am having one interview questionnaire if you need i will send to you for that please send your personal id

Hi Eddy,
Inorder to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment policy you can check the attrition rate over the years and how there recruitment strategy has changed and what has been beneficial to them and what has proved to be a disaster.
Hope this helps
