Navigating E-Recruitment Research for Dissertations: Challenges and Recommendations - CiteHR

Hi there,

I am currently searching for suitable literature reviews on E-recruitment issues. Previously, many people suggested to me that I should change my topic as they mentioned that this subject is not very popular in research, difficult to find empirical findings, and lacks quantitative research studies in this area. I was flabbergasted to hear this. Should I still continue with this topic or switch to an easier one? If I choose to continue with E-recruitment issues, what topic could seniors recommend for me to investigate?

Thank you for your help.

Take a look into it. See if you can collect good points for your paper. If not, change. "One man's food is another man's poison." What inspires you may frighten others. So, do some homework and decide on what to choose for research. Research is something into which you have to spend time with patience.

I can say that I agree with your opinion about this. I would like to continue my research in e-recruitment areas, but when I am reading some literature, it seems that I have confused between E-recruitment and E-HR.

Added to this, is there any good recommendation to find an e-recruitment conceptual framework or model? This is because there are different recruitment stages and models but no suitable e-recruitment model.

Thanks

Hi,

I want to do my dissertation on e-recruitment, but I am still not sure if I should leave the title as e-recruitment only or change it to e-recruitment issues. Can anyone help me?

I have to start my proposal soonish as well.

I am sure you can alter the title at a later date.

See what others have done and how. Also consider what access you can get to conduct Primary Research or for Secondary Data; and then decide on the topic title. See E-recruitment found at Google for other ideas.

Have a nice day.
