2. Work norm and dress code policy
3. Internet Policy
4. Travel Policy

According to me General policies are the ones that is common in any company. But the are some policies pertaining to some specific industry for e.g. taking manufacturing co as such they give more importance to the Health & Safety of the emloyees etc. Hope this material helps you for your HB prep.
