Hi, I am from an E-Commerce company and need to formulate a travel policy with a reimbursement policy, including Per Diem allowance. Can somebody from the group help me in formulating it? A very big thank you in advance.

There is a ton of stuff already posted here on travel policies by other members of the CiteHR community. Please use the search facility at the top of the page next to the CiteHR logo. You may not find exactly what you want, but there is plenty of material there for you to read and adapt to meet the specific needs of YOUR organization. Every organization has different requirements, and one size does not fit all. Formulating the policy yourself is a learning experience, and developing a successful policy yourself gives you an achievement to add to your CV.
