Hi all,
I am Manpreet,i am appointed as HR in manufacturing industry. Please help me as I framed the HR policies in this company but i don't know how to implement this in the company that everyone follows the policies bçoz the policies are framed but there is no implementation. Please Tell me how to implement these policies strictly in the company that everyone is having the fear in their mind for not obeying the policies...
please give me affective solution of this problem....

Dear Manpreet,
You have joined in HR in what capacity? What is your designation? When you made the policies, who signed the policies? How these were circulated? Are some of the staffs educated on the policies? Can you give list of the policies? Is there buy-in from the leadership for the policies?
Education of policies happens best during induction training. For the staffs who are working already, for them the education of policies happens through their HODs. While releasing any new policy, you need to call meeting of all HODs and tell them why the particular policy is released. It must be signed by the Managing Director or any other highest authority organisation.

I am appointed as HR Executive and I am fresher in hr profile.
before me the company is having 2 employee in hr who framed the policies and signed by the MD. and the policies are circulated to all from hod's to workers.
but these policies are not strictly followed by the old employees in the company.These policies are only for new ones or applicable but
old employees not interested in that so i feel how to encourage them to follow the policies as its for all....
