i am pursuing my Post graduation in I/O Psychology..and working as an intern in TATA Power..i am working on competency mapping as my project and so i need to conduct a survey for the same purpose...i am attaching my questionnaire to this post..
Criteria:
MBA(HR)
minimum 2-3(more than 3 years will be absolutely ok) years of experience...either working in recruitment or training department...
