Dear Seniors,
I m working at a mulch-location dealership in Gujarat. basically i m a fresher MBA graduate and it is my first job in my career. I have been working in the firm for over a year. Recently my head has given me the task to implement performance management system in the firm.
Need all yours help in the matter. I don't know where to start from.

Do you mean multi-location or does mulch-location mean something else? Did you study anything about Performance Management during your MBA course or not?

You may be aware that , PMS is not something you implement just like that - popping a pill or getting an one-time injection. The organisation and the top management should have the conviction to implement the initiative throughout the company with lot of sincerity and commitment. You will certainly require help and service of an external consultant to implement this HR Initiative. The external consultant will be impartial and neutral in the process and also train the stake-holders in the implementation process, all the way through. In my personal opinion, this cannot be implemented just by looking at the book like cooking dishes from a recipe book !
