Hi All, I was with Wipro more than 7yrs and I was terminated due to BGV issue. During the BGV discussion they were telling that I will not get service certificate and they said they will provide only relieving letter after a week and settlements like Leave encashment, Gratuity will be settled in 30 days to savings account. Still I have doubt that I will be getting all my settlements without any issues. Please advise.

Hei .. Normally Employers can't defame you.. There should be some other reason rather than your Background Verification. This is from my understanding. You go and start finding another job..
Dont start any game like fighting for settlements and Gratuity things. Those are all from PF team that is different..

Thank you thalai. It's been more than 10 days, I have not received my relieving letter and i have fear that they may mention something in it. Still I am already started searching my job.
The BGV was completed twise one by Wipro and another one by client and it was positive. Now they are doing again for all employees randomly with new bgv process and I am unable provide the requested document as my previous company doesnt exist. So they asked to resign. :-(

I am really worried about this and wants to know how it's going to my career. Please advise.

Previous company does not exist means -that there was no such company at all or the company has wound up now??

I had provided my experience and relieving letter and it was verified twice in the year of 2006 by Wipro and customer. And I was getting salary as only 8000 (non taxable income) as stipend and it was very small company (only 8 resorces) but now they asked me to provide form 16 or salary slip but I couldn't.

If they would have requested the same at the time of joining, I could able to provide as the company was exist around the time. Now I am helpless. And I am unable prove my self.
Anyway now I cannot do anything. I am trying for my new job. Please advise how to manage or convince, if any questions on this comment.
