दोस्तों एक दुविधा में हूँ। क़ि कुछ करू या न करूँ।
मै #Awapal Solutions Pvt. Ltd (E-38, Sect 63 Noida UP 201301 and Director #Jasbir Singh Sir ) कंपनी में काम करता था | जिसमे आजतक मुझे एक रूपया भी सही समय में नहीं मिला। 4 - 4 महीने बाद मिली हैं salary। कंपनी ने अपना रोना रोया की अभी फण्ड नहीं हैं अभी प्रोजेक्ट नहीं हैं। कंपनी का रेंट जाता हैं 1.5 लाख । अब हम खुद की बिल्डिंग में शिफ्ट हो जायँगे तो ये फण्ड बचेगा ।
हमने पूरा सहयोग दिया अभी तक।
मैंने October 2016 को जॉब छोर दी। लेकिन मुझे मेरा कुछ रूपए pdc चेक के माध्यम से दिया । लेकिन जब लगाया तब बाउंस हो गया । करीब 50000 रूपए अभी पेंडिंग हैं।
जिसमे मेरा pf amount कंपनी काट तो रही थी लेकिन एक साल बाद भी नहीं जमा किया और न ही अकाउंट ओपन किया । अब बात ये हैं की मैंने आज 27 मार्च 2017 तक इन्तेजार किया । आज सुबह से कई बार फ़ोन कर चूका हूँ और पहले भी कई बार मेरा फ़ोन नहीं receive कर रहे थे
मैंने कंपनी के हर किन्तु ,परंतु , इस वजह से , उस वजह से , मतलब हर बार सम्मान किया और आज तक इन्तेजार किया क्योंकि उन्होंने last week कहाँ था क़ि इस हफ्ते दे देंगे।
मेरे मन में कई तरह के सवाल अ रहे हैं। सो आप दोस्तों से अनुरोध हैं कि सही सलाह दे। कोई अनुचित श्ाब्द न कहे कंपनी के बारे में। मै सिर्फ यह चाहता हूँ । की मुझे मेरा करीब 50000 रूपए मिल जाये ।

See friend, you have enforce this on two fronts :-
1) Under section 138 of negotiable instruments act, make the cheque bounce again by presenting it in bank, then find a lawyer to give him a notice under said section in 15 days. Then file a criminal case of cheating under 420, 468 IPC along with section 138 of NI Act. You will surely receive the cheque amount + cost of suit and a good compensation.
2) Secondly approach the labour department of your city, then lodge a complaint under shops and estab act of delhi read along with Payment of wages act. Also if your PF contribution is not paid, then contact area PF enforcement officer. Along with this if your ESI is not paid then contact area Social Security Welfare officer.
