Dear Sender
Medical reimbursement is part of CTC.
It is Rs. 15000 p.a. or Rs. 1250/- p.m.
Also the reimursement of medical expenses will vary from organisation to organisation.
Some organisations will reimburse you the medical exp. incurred for self, spouse, dependent children for a fixed amount., having a tie up with insurance companies ( for domiciliary as well as for hospitalisation treatment) (where ESI is not applicable)
Procedure for claiming the medical reimbursement will vary from organisation to organisation.

Dear Dhaksheel
Medical reimbursement (domiciliarry and hospitalisation) procedure will vary from organisation to organisation depend upon the tie up they had with the insurance company.
Certain companies will pay Rs. 15000 p.a. or Rs. 1250 p.m. as medical allowance which covers the medical exp. for employees and his/her family. For hospitalisation, depend upon the tie up, filling up of medical claim form, attaching all original medical bills, reports, x-ray reports and hospital discharge summary, admit card, doctors prescription etc......
